I will admit that I was skeptical…but I gave it a try and it totally worked for me! I would absolutely recommend it for your next speech.

  • Jamie Richardson  - Yes it works!

I've had public speaking fears for almost 20 years, and yes I tried this for a presentation and yes it helped me. I still had a bit of anxiety but not to the extent I usually do. Bravina made it much more manageble when before, it was not. I would usually want to just run out of the room, but with bravina, I was able to walk up to the front and speak without turning bright red and my voice was only 10% shakey where as before, it would be at 100% shakey. It calms you down. I definitely reccomend for people with bad public speaking fear!!!

My brother tried this for a speech at school and said it didn't work at all. I think it is probably a rip off.

Bravina seems to work. I have been using it for speeches in the last couple months.

  • Terry McClain  - Swear by it!

I have always avoided any public speaking. However, I've had to present in my work my final year of art school.

I ordered bravina about 7 months ago - to my surprise it curbed my stage fright. I can still feel the anxiety start to build before my presentation, but it never affects my speech during my presentation any more.

This did work for me, yes you will be a little anxious before but i wasnt near as anxious as i usually am and i think it actually helped me be more open and less rigid during the speech. Your suppose to take it 90 minutes before your speech and it lasts about an hour i think.

    Good luck!

  • Tom Brownfield  - Skeptic

I'm skeptical . . . . I went to the bravina website and they do offer a lot of info on speeches - but, i'm concerned about side affects - has anyone had any side affects with bravina? i guess a dry run of the bravina "free sample" ($3.95) might not hurt . . :?:

  • Mars  - Went Well

I have tried bravina so I wanted to give a bravina review. I had no side affects with bravina. I had a lot of confidence going into a team meeting at work were I had to present to 20+ people. I have recommended it to other people that i work with. Bravina also has a lot of information on their site about public speaking anxiety.

  • Emily Larson  - Grooms Dinner

I had to give a groom's dinner toast at my wedding. I was so scared. So, I ordered bravina. The bravina website has a lot of info on wedding toasts, some good advice some bad, but I did use it to help me write my toast. I took bravina before the presentation and it went really well!!! I was able to drink and use bravina without any side affects from using both prior to my presentation. If I get married again I'll use bravina to give my grooms dinner toast :)

  • John  - Speaking Of Speech
