I'd love to know if it works. I'm looking for something. Is this considered a beta blocker??

I ordered Confidrex about 2 weeks ago. I had to address a large audience at a conference and was very nervous. I took 3 capsules about 2 hours before my speech, and did notice a difference. I was more relaxed than normal and my usual "panic" symptoms were not as bad.

I have been using Confidrex for about two months and have been very happy with it. I work at a University and am in front of groups all the time. I would recommend the product.

:cheer: Yes, this stuff really works! I don't know how, nor do I care, because it changed my whole performance experience from fear and dread, to confidence and excellence. I have had a tendency to be a "basket case" when I had to speak in public or sing, even when my performances were highly praised and frequently requested. No matter how much I prepared, I was always terrified, at least when I began each performance. I was a professional (folk)singer/guitar/piano player for years and then did not perform at all for many more years. When I returned again, to the microphone, I was terrified. I came across an ad for Confidrex, when I was searching for some tips for relaxing while performing and ordered some. I figured it couldn't hurt. The results were fabulous. I always use them before performing now, and I have no stage fright whatsoever, only the pleasant excitement that preceeds an anticipated, excellent performance. The other thing I noticed is that I feel very upbeat for several hours and very sociable, but not in any negative way (like talking too much or too fast) I guess confidence, would be the key. I've noticed no let down or other negative effects. :cheer:
