I was asked to speak to our ENTIRE COMPANY of 300 people last week. I am literally shaking in my boots. I've always kept a low profile so this would not happen. If I survive I will report back on how it went, but at this point I think I will die before the day comes.

My situation is more complicated. I was asked to speak to my company at our next meeting and I was recently told that the board of directors would be in the session (about 1,000 employees). I have been practicing every night in front of my wife. She thinks I am crazy. I am a confident person, but when it comes to this stuff It makes no logical sense why i would be so terrified. I need a ticket to the other side of the world. I have not been sleeping well. I am also a senior manager. Go figure.
